Subscription Help

Subscriptions are managed by the app store where you purchased The Fit Pro.

Restore Purchases

Open Profile in the app, then tap Get The Fit Pro or Manage The Fit Pro, then Restore purchases.

Account And Data Deletion

The Fit users can delete their account and associated app data in the app at any time.

  1. Open Profile in The Fit.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm deletion in the app.

If you cannot access the app, email turigyebusiness@gmail.com from the email address used for your The Fit account and use the subject line: Account deletion request.

When you request full account deletion, we delete or anonymize account data we control, including your app account identifier, profile/account records, app-generated credit records, and app data associated with your account where technically available.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, or app-store compliance purposes. Subscription and purchase records are also managed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat according to their own retention rules. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or platform obligations.

You can also request deletion of selected app data without deleting your full account by emailing the same address and describing the data you want removed.
