These Terms govern your use of The Fit, provided by Turigye Micheal. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The App

The Fit is an AI styling app that lets users upload images, generate outfit try-ons, save looks, and use subscription credits for AI image generation. AI-generated outputs may be imperfect or unexpected.

Accounts And User Content

You may need to sign in to use AI generation, save data, restore purchases, or access subscription features. You are responsible for photos, garments, prompts, and other content you upload or provide.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use uploaded content and will not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

Subscriptions And Credits

The Fit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that provides access to Pro features and a recurring credit allowance for AI image generation.

• Weekly: 30 credits per week.
• Monthly: 120 credits per month.

One credit is used for each successful AI image generation. Failed generations should not consume credits. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the app.

Billing And Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Refund requests are subject to the applicable store's policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, abuse, or bypass the app, its APIs, credits, subscriptions, rate limits, or security controls.

Availability And Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or create legal or security risk.
